Upon completion of purchase, you agree that you accept all of the following terms and conditions. Changes may not be submitted once the order has been submitted for production. This includes artwork, size adjustment, address changes, cancellations or any other changes to the original purchase order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time in the event of substantial increases in cost associated with raw materials increases or other unavoidable expenditures not considered in the original cost. All orders shipped F.O.B. West Deptford, NJ unless otherwise stated. Any damage to goods during shipment is the responsibility of the customer. POOLSAIC can provide tracking, BOL and/or Pro numbers for all shipments upon request. For shipments where the customer does NOT specify a carrier, POOLSAIC will make every effort to use the lowest cost carrier available; however, POOLSAIC will not be held liable for any discrepancy in freight costs. Transit times, including expedite services, are subject to third party carrier terms and are not guaranteed by POOLSAIC.
Customer Supplied Artwork -- Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, but the customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to POOLSAIC. Please note that we have file preparation guidelines available to assist you in creating print-ready files and we also offer file preparation support services.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. POOLSAIC WILL NOT alter, edit or “clean up” any copyrighted files as these must be provided camera-ready. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage of hard copy materials or original artwork.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not use any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED AND SAMPLES SUPPLIED BY POOLSAIC WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PURCHASER MUST DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE. What is the pool mosaic made of?
This design is made from a high-quality, durable vinyl—not actual tile. It’s engineered to mimic the look of a real mosaic while being easy to install and remove.
Does it really look like a real mosaic underwater?
Yes. Once submerged, the water enhances the design and gives it a realistic, tile-like appearance. From above, it creates a vibrant, eye-catching focal point in your pool.
How does installation work?
Installation is simple—just place the design on the pool floor and gently smooth it out. Water pressure helps keep it in place, so no adhesives or tools are required.
Will it move around or float?
No. When properly placed and fully submerged, it stays flat on the pool floor. Normal swimming activity will not cause it to shift.
What types of pools is this compatible with?
This drop-in pool art works with most pool types, including vinyl liner, fiberglass, and gunite pools.
Can I use it in a saltwater or chlorine pool?
Yes. It’s designed to withstand standard pool chemicals, including both chlorine and saltwater systems.
How do I choose the right size?
The 29" size works well for smaller pools or subtle accents, while the 59" size is ideal for larger pools where you want a more dramatic visual impact.
Can it be trimmed to fit my pool?
Trimming is not recommended, as it may affect the design and durability.
Will it work on sloped or textured pool floors?
We do not recommend using it on textured or uneven pool floors. The emblem needs a smooth, flat surface to properly cling to, and rough or irregular areas don’t provide enough consistent contact to keep it securely in place.
How long does it last?
With proper care, the design can last multiple seasons. Longevity depends on pool usage, chemical balance, and sun exposure.
Do I need to remove it during the off-season?
For best results and extended life, we recommend removing, cleaning, and storing it during the off-season.
How do I clean it?
You can gently brush or vacuum over it using standard pool cleaning equipment. Avoid aggressive scrubbing or sharp tools.
Is it easy to remove?
Yes. It can be lifted from the pool floor without leaving marks or residue behind.
Will it damage my pool surface?
No. It is designed to be safe for pool surfaces and will not cause damage or discoloration when used properly.
Is it slippery or unsafe to step on?
Yes. Poolsaic mats can be slippery when wet. For safety, they should only be used in water that is at least waist deep and should never be placed or used on dry surfaces outside of the pool.
Is this a permanent alternative to tile?
This is a decorative, non-permanent solution. It offers the look of a mosaic without the cost, time, or commitment of permanent tile installation.
